Founded in 1998, Executive Engineering was initially established by to meet the needs of owners and lenders seeking due diligence products on loans. The Property Condition assessments we conducted of course had a façade component and this moved us into position to conduct our clients NYC mandated façade inspections. In addition, these real estate transactions led to our resolving numerous NYC compliance issues of all types including violations, lead and mold issues and attending hearing to clear violations.  As our firm expands heading into its third decade of servicing landlords our firm has collectively over 110 years of building code and compliance experience.
